Learning Modules

4th Generation Systems delivers relevant material to your team each month through two online courses:  Driving Sales Beyond for Sales, and Driving Sales Beyond for Sales Managers.  Developed specifically for mid-market distributors and the suppliers they represent, these courses are organized into modules that learners review at their own pace.  Throughout all learning modules we encourage users to:

  • Identify their own strengths and weaknesses
  • Evaluate their current methods, and think creatively about how they can improve them
  • Develop solutions by adapting what they’ve learned to their own territory challenges, customers and prospects
To enhance the learning process, we’ve built the following components into each module:

  • Pre- and post-testing to measure gains in knowledge
  • Streaming video to stimulate thinking, challenge the participants to grow, and create a desire to learn
  • Interactive key “take-a-ways” – a note taking space for ongoing reference by learners, their managers, and their 4th Generation Systems’ e-coach
